HOW DO I GET MY DOCUMENTS TO YOU?
You will be contacted by us once the order has been placed to arrange the collection of your documents/artwork. Depending on your location this will either be a door collection or a box will be sent for you to full and drop at your local Post office branch.
WILL I BE ABLE TO INPUT ON THE PHOTOBOOK'S DESIGN?
As part of the School Years Plus package, we will contact you prior to completing the layout design to discuss any items/imaging you wish to have included. With the School Years package, we will arrange the documents/artwork in the best layout possible. However, if there anything specific you want to ensure is featured, please do contact us.
WHAT SORT OF PHOTOGRAPHS ARE NEEDED FOR THE SCHOOL YEARS PLUS PACKAGE?
It will be up to you which photo's you would like included in the photobook. We will contact you if the photo quality is too poor to prevent blurring in print format. There will be a chance then to replace the image if you wish.
WILL I GET MY ARTWORK RETURNED?
Yes, your documents/artwork will be returned to you with the delivery of your purchased product. Again, depending on your location, this will be either via a courier service or Royal Mail.
WILL I BE ABLE TO ORDER AN ADDITIONAL COPY OF A PHOTOBOOK AT A LATER DATE?
All photobook artwork will be retained for 6 months in case a future order is required. However, please note that the prices will differ from the additional copies costs detailed on our website. This is because there will be additional printing costs applied for a new print run.
CAN I ORDER OTHER ADDITIONAL ITEMS THAT ARE NOT LISTED ONLINE?
Your order should always be personal to you, so if you want a different option of additional items or are looking for a specific keepsake, please get in touch with us as we'll do what we can to help you.

HOW WILL YOU KNOW WHAT IMAGES/WORDING TO ADD ONTO THE ADDITIONAL ITEMS?
When we contact you to discuss your order and collection of documents, we will agree the wording and image choices you'd like on all the items ordered.
